By accessing or using the Riverbend Ranch website, placing an order through our shop, or booking a visit or stay with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Orders & Demo Shop Notice

Please note that this website is a demonstration site. Products shown in the shop, prices, availability, and the checkout flow are for illustrative purposes only — no real orders are processed, no payments are collected, and no goods will be shipped.

On a live site, all orders would be subject to acceptance and availability, and prices would be displayed in U.S. dollars and could change without notice.

3. Ranch Visits, Bookings & Assumption of Risk

Bookings for tours, activities, and farm-stays are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel activities due to weather, animal welfare, or safety concerns; in such cases we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

Ranch activities — including horseback riding, cattle drives, proximity to livestock, and travel over uneven terrain — carry inherent risks that cannot be fully eliminated, including the risk of serious injury. By participating, you voluntarily accept and assume these inherent risks for yourself and any minors in your care, agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions at all times, and acknowledge that participants may be required to sign a liability waiver before taking part in certain activities.

Wyoming law, including the Wyoming Recreation Safety Act, limits the liability of providers of recreational opportunities for injuries resulting from the inherent risks of those activities.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Riverbend Ranch or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riverbend Ranch, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in ranch activities, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
